James joined the Wills and Probate department at Macks’ Middlesbrough office in September 2024 as a trainee, where he assists with matters of drafting wills and administering the estates of those who have passed away. He aspires to eventually qualify as a solicitor and further specialise in this area of law.

James spent four years at Northumbria University, graduating in July 2024 with a first-class Master’s Degree in Law. He spent time during his studies working in Northumbria’s Student Law Office, providing pro bono legal advice to clients on various matters.
