Whiplash injury compensation is more prevalent in the UK’s cities

There have been correlative findings between the rise of traffic in large British cities and the number of whiplash injury compensation claims made in these areas. This had led people to deduce that whiplash compensation claims are much more likely to happen more often in the UK’s big, busy cities rather than in less congested and populated areas.
This type of statistic will, or should, deter drivers from behaving in an aggressive way when traffic is busy and slow moving. Other findings have pointed to the fact that drivers are often less careful in built up areas as they are normally driving at a slower speed and are frustrated because of this.
