Amy Sadler
Amy is an Employment Law Solicitor with experience of a wide range of claims for both employees and employers. She advises on claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. In addition, Amy has extensive experience advising employees and employers on internal disciplinary and grievance processes.
Amy is an expert in advising on settlement agreements and the drafting of contracts and policies across a vast majority of industries.
Amy has a professional and approachable manner and what she enjoys most about her role is supporting clients through what can be a difficult period in their working lives.
Amy qualified at Macks Solicitors in 2017. She has a Master’s degree in Legal Practice and currently teaches part-time at a local University. Since qualification Amy gained experience at reputable law firms advising employers, employees and Trade Unions. Amy returned to Macks in 2022, after moving back into the local area, keen to use her skills to assist the local community where she can.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys camping in her self-converted campervan and is an amateur baker, making cakes for her family and friends.
