I am a private client solicitor dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, trusts, inheritance tax planning and court of protection matters.
I started my career at Watson Woodhouse Solicitors where I was fortunate to receive a great deal of experience and exposure to a number of different areas of law. During my time at Watson Woodhouse Solicitors, I became particularly interested in the work I was doing within the Wills and Probate Department. Following the completion of my training contract and a business restructure I was extremely privileged to join Macks Solicitors’ well thought of Wills and Probate Department which allowed me to specialise as a Wills and Probate Solicitor.
I am also a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel which allows me to represent restricted and unrestricted clients before Mental Health Tribunals and Managers Meetings. I have a further accreditation that allows me to represent clients during police interviews. These may be voluntary or if a client has been arrested and can be conducted at a police station, a mental health hospital or at the client’s home address.
