I began my journey with our sister company, Watson Woodhouse, in 2014 as a trainee solicitor after completing my law degree at Newcastle University and my LPC at Northumbria University. I qualified as a solicitor in 2016, specialising in crime, and shortly after, became a duty solicitor.

In 2022, with the creation of the Talent Team, my role evolved to Group Talent Manager. This exciting position allows me to work closely with every member of our staff, supporting them in achieving their career aspirations while helping the firm grow by recruiting the best possible talent alongside Olivia Bell.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is collaborating with all departments across our business, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of our team’s needs. Confidentiality is key —whether I’m engaging in one-on-one meetings with existing staff or speaking with potential recruits.
